REPORT A CONCERN

To report a general campus climate concern, you can contact the Office of University Diversity and Inclusion at diversity@calpoly.edu.

If you or anyone you know has experienced a bias incident or act of discrimination, please reach out to any of the resources provided by the Bias Incident Response Team (BIRT). BIRT is a university-wide team that provides support and information in an informal and non-investigative manner.

As you report an incident, get to know Cal Poly’s official policies on reporting illegal discrimination, as discriminatory behavior is prohibited by system-wide policy and the law. Reports of alleged discriminatory behavior will be promptly, thoroughly and fairly reviewed and addressed according to these policies. Policies, procedures and confidential reporting options can be found on the Cal Poly Civil Rights & Compliance webpage.

If this is an emergency, contact Campus Police at 805-756-2881 or visit Building 36. The phone number is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
