What advice would you share with a first-generation college student at Cal Poly?
There's more to college than just attending classes and receiving a diploma. What I never knew was that making the most of your college degree meant saying yes to experiences outside of the classroom. Get involved, become a leader, meet lots of people different than you, do things that you don't feel quite ready or qualified to do.
